Recommended Treatment
Consultation with Dr. Nate and implant surgeon to go over smile design.
Implant surgery – Several implants placed, followed by temporary fixed PMMA prosthesis. Dentures no longer needed.
After 4 months of healing, final prosthesis attached – Zirconia Hybrids were made.

This case was unique for several reasons: First, Heather had consultations with other dentists seeking a solution to her dental issues. She felt the least amount of judgement and most security with our plan. Secondly, she has a family history which predisposed her to gum disease and dental caries, and she was unable to receive the routine care needed to keep her teeth healthy. Due to these issues, she ultimately had a failing dentition and her teeth needed to be removed. Lastly, Heather made it clear she wanted to smile and eat confidently. After a conversation with her, we determined a fixed option – upper and lower zirconia hybrids – would be her best option to have a confident smile and confidence eating all types of food. With a team approach, we were able to get rid of Heather’s dentures and give her fixed teeth on the day of surgery. She now can smile and eat like she never lost her teeth!
